Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend hours.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and in a timely manner.
- Update customer records in the CRM system with precise details.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure customer needs are met.
- Provide product information and assistance to help customers make informed decisions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
