Responsibilities
- Delocate customer inquiries via phone/email with exceptional professionalism
- Resolve service issues using our proprietary CRM system
- Document interactions in Salesforce with 100% accuracy
- Collaborate with senior reps on complex customer cases
- Meet/exceed monthly KPIs for customer satisfaction (CSAT)
- Participate in quarterly skills development workshops
- Support cross-functional projects in sales and marketing
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Zero experience required – training provided
- Strong verbal/written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Reliable transportation to our Fort Worth office
- Must pass background check and drug screen
