Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend shifts.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Update customer information and maintain detailed records in the internal database.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members or supervisors.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing accurate information and professional support.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
