Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone and email during weekend shifts.
- Provide technical troubleshooting assistance and product guidance to clients.
- Document all customer interactions and issues accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and patience in all customer interactions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
