Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Administer medications under RN supervision
- Maintain clean, organized patient environments
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Support wound care and treatment procedures
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and safety protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- CNA certification preferred (training available)
- Current CPR certification (provided if needed)
- Ability to work weekends (Sat/Sun) with potential weekday flexibility
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Physical ability to assist patients with mobility
