Responsibilities
- Delight patients with personalized care during weekend shifts
- Assist with daily living activities and medication management
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
- Respond promptly to patient needs and emergencies
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Current CNA, MA, or EMT certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- CPR/BLS certification required (training provided)
- Passionate about patient-centered care
