Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to resort guests across front desk, concierge, and valet services
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures and resolve guest inquiries with professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure seamless operations
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records using resort systems
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests during peak weekend hours
- Uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards across all public areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts
- Proficiency in reservation systems and basic payment processing
- Exceptional communication skills in English (Spanish fluency preferred)
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean driving record (for valet role)
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset under pressure
