Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues for end-users.
- Manage user accounts, security permissions, and access control systems.
- Perform routine system maintenance, patch management, and backups.
- Provide remote technical assistance via phone and remote desktop tools.
- Document technical incidents and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the week-day support team to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a help desk environment.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and Active Directory.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure during critical outages.
