Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support via phone, email, and remote desktop tools for internal staff.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues efficiently.
- Manage and maintain a ticketing system to track incidents and ensure SLA compliance.
- Perform regular system updates, patch management, and security audits on weekend schedules.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of new hardware and peripherals.
- Document all technical procedures and resolutions in our knowledge base.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical assistance.
- Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN).
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Reliable transportation for on-site troubleshooting if required.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
