Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely and efficiently within the warehouse facility using various material handling equipment.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks in strict compliance with all safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and proper labeling.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels, manage stock locations, and process orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to ensure optimal operational flow.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet daily productivity goals and strict deadlines.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse software is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Physical stamina to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license is not required but may be a plus for some roles.
