Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Assist in daily store operations, including stocking, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately to process transactions.
- Ensure the sales floor and checkout areas are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Collaborate with team members to meet weekly sales targets and operational goals.
- Handle cash handling duties with strict adherence to security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
