Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 8-10 retail associates during weekend shifts
- Execute daily operational plans to achieve sales targets
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with exceptional service
- Ensure compliance with safety, security, and company policies
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift performance reviews
- Monitor store appearance and maintain visual merchandising standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience required
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's preferred
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and retail analytics
