Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries promptly to enhance the client experience.
- Manage inventory levels and assist in restocking merchandise to maintain visual standards.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of 4-6 employees during the weekend hours.
- Handle cash handling and register operations with 100% accuracy and integrity.
- Ensure store security protocols, safety guidelines, and cleanliness are strictly followed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in retail management or customer service is strongly desired.
- Must be available to work Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays (Full-time availability).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
