Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming shipments to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Process customer and internal orders with speed and precision using warehouse management systems.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct routine quality checks on products to ensure they meet our high standards before shipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and colleagues to optimize workflow and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory counts.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license is a plus.
