Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Sort, organize, and stock inventory in the warehouse to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Packaging: Properly pack and label products to prevent damage during transit.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for quality and accuracy.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine checks on equipment and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to meet daily productivity goals and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (full weekend availability preferred).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Reliability: Proven history of punctuality and consistent work attendance.
- Communication: Basic ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but not required for walk-in applicants.
- Documentation: Must be able to provide valid ID and proof of eligibility to work in the US.
