Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Execute daily receiving, picking, and packing operations with a focus on accuracy and speed.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.</li><li>Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies immediately to the Shift Lead.</li><li>Collaborate with the weekend team to ensure all orders are processed and shipped within SLAs.</li><li>Conduct regular quality checks on outgoing shipments to minimize returns.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.</li><li>Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or inventory management preferred (but willing to train reliable candidates).</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.</li><li>Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) and holidays as needed.</li><li>Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.</li></ul>
