Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational workflows during weekend shifts to ensure seamless business continuity.
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and equipment maintenance checks.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to report daily metrics, issues, and success stories.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems and financial software.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or operations is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
