Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational workflows to ensure seamless service delivery during weekend hours.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot minor technical issues in real-time to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate closely with the Monday-Friday team to transfer critical information and project updates.
- Assist customers with inquiries via phone and email, ensuring a 100% satisfaction rate and resolving issues on the first contact.
- Perform routine inventory checks and maintain a clean, organized workspace to support team efficiency.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in our CRM system for quality assurance.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer support is highly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think on your feet.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Must be available to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts.
- Reliable transportation for local commuting within the Boston area.
