Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Lead and mentor a team of 10-15 weekend staff members
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate with weekday teams for smooth transition and handover processes
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex problems to senior management
- Generate weekend performance reports and implement improvement strategies
- Ensure facility cleanliness and equipment readiness for weekday operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehousing
- Proven ability to manage teams during weekend/holiday shifts
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and WMS software
- Excellent problem-solving skills and decision-making abilities
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays as required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and reporting tools
