Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Monitor vital signs and document patient observations accurately
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures under clinician guidance
- Maintain clean, organized patient care environments and equipment
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure patient needs are met
- Respond promptly to patient call systems and address concerns
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; CNA or EMT certification preferred
- Minimum 6 months healthcare experience in clinical setting
- Current BLS/CPR certification from recognized provider
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays 7am-7pm schedule
- Valid California driver's license if transporting patients
