As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers. Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Stock shelves and organize merchandise displays to maintain a visually appealing store environment.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in identifying stock shortages.
- Ensure the sales floor, restrooms, and break areas are clean and well-maintained.
- Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges with a focus on problem resolution.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally.
- Reliable transportation to the Milwaukee location.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
