Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor during high-traffic weekend periods.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock merchandise to ensure product availability.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe shopping environment.
- Operate equipment such as scanners and registers correctly.
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Support weekend promotional events and store displays.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent education required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) consistently.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs occasionally.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Reliable transportation is required.
