Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Stock inventory, organize shelves, and ensure product displays are appealing and well-maintained.
- Assist in managing the checkout area and handling customer inquiries or returns.
- Clean and sanitize work areas to maintain high health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily sales and operational goals.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic math skills for transaction processing.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required for walk-ins.
- Reliable transportation is recommended.
