About the Role:
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience during their visits. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere in our facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person during weekend shifts.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges efficiently with high accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with company standards.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and POS systems.
