Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries regarding orders, tracking, and account status.

- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and resolution of shipping discrepancies.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in customer service or logistics is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.
