Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care during weekend shifts (7AM-7PM)
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress
- Assist with medical procedures under supervision
- Collaborate with cross-functional care teams
- Maintain strict HIPAA compliance protocols
- Respond to emergency situations per training
Qualifications
- Current CNA, EMT, or Medical Assistant certification
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience preferred
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Weekend availability mandatory
- Strong communication skills
