Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale (POS).
- Stock merchandise, organize shelves, and ensure store displays are appealing.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock rotation.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Resolve customer inquiries and handle complaints with patience and efficiency.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
