- Manage weekend store operations including opening/closing procedures

- Process transactions and maintain accurate sales records
- Ensure compliance with safety and loss prevention protocols
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or hospitality management experience
- Strong leadership and team motivation abilities
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday) is mandatory
- Ability to work in high-energy, fast-paced environments
- Basic math proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Valid California driver's license (for store errands)
