Responsibilities
- Oversee 8-12 weekend staff members during peak shopping hours
- Execute daily inventory management and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Process transactions and maintain POS system accuracy
- Conduct safety compliance checks and store security protocols
- Train new hires on weekend-specific procedures
- Submit end-of-shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or supervisory experience
- Availability Saturdays & Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Basic math and inventory management skills
- Valid Arizona driver's license
- Ability to lift 30 lbs repeatedly
- Conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Proficiency with retail POS systems
- 18+ years of age with reliable transportation
