Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and safety.
- Supervise and mentor a team of 5-10 warehouse associates.
- Manage inventory counts, stock replenishment, and quality control checks.
- Coordinate with the Monday-Friday management team to ensure seamless workflow transitions.
- Enforce strict adherence to OSHA safety regulations and company policies.
- Handle and resolve minor personnel issues and operational discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure all weekend targets and KPIs are met on time.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday on a recurring basis.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a proven track record of motivating teams.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required (training provided).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and experience with inventory management software.
