Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize daily warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment.
- Supervise and mentor a diverse team of warehouse staff, conducting regular performance reviews and shift briefings.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
- Analyze operational data to identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements for increased efficiency.
- Coordinate with inventory control and logistics teams to ensure accurate stock levels and timely shipments.
- Oversee equipment maintenance and coordinate with vendors for timely repairs.
- Handle escalated customer service issues and resolve operational discrepancies efficiently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite).
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate and direct a team effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
