Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production schedules and workflows to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of production associates to maximize efficiency and morale.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to manage raw materials and finished goods.
- Conduct regular quality control inspections to maintain high product standards.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and optimize processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Forklift certification and valid driver’s license required.
- Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and quality control systems.
- Ability to work weekends (Friday to Sunday) and holidays as required.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
