Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through product knowledge, styling advice, and personalized recommendations
- Execute visual merchandising standards including floorsets, displays, and inventory management
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with weekend team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals
- Assist in opening/closing procedures including store safety and security protocols
- Support inventory control processes including receiving, stocking, and markdowns
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) and holidays
- Basic math and POS system proficiency
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Must be available for 16-24 weekend hours weekly
