Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Supervise a team of warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the logistics team to ensure accurate stock placement and order fulfillment.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance regulations to maintain a secure work environment for all employees.
- Resolve operational issues and customer service inquiries promptly during the weekend peak hours.
- Manage timekeeping and attendance records for the weekend team to ensure shift coverage.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Logistics preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail management.
- Proven ability to lead a team and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with the ability to work occasional overtime.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
