Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations, including staff scheduling and workflow management
- Lead and mentor 8-12 team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for weekend peak demands
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve conflicts with professionalism
- Ensure strict adherence to health/safety and brand standards
- Prepare detailed shift reports and communicate with management team
- Train new staff on operational procedures and company culture
Qualifications
- 2+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Proven ability to lead teams during high-volume periods
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Weekend/holiday availability (Fri-Sun shifts required)
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25+ lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
