Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate weekend warehouse operations team (15+ members)
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Monitor inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Conduct shift briefings and performance reviews
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex challenges
- Prepare shift reports and performance metrics
- Maintain equipment functionality and schedule preventative maintenance
Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership abilities
- Proficiency with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Valid forklift certification
- Ability to work flexible weekends (Fri-Sun)
- Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
- High school diploma or equivalent required
