Responsibilities
- Lead weekend retail operations with 5-8 team members
- Train new hires on customer service protocols
- Manage inventory and visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism

- Submit end-of-shift performance reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality supervision experience
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Reliable transportation to Buckhead location
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Positive attitude under weekend rush conditions
