Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 5-8 weekend staff members to ensure exceptional customer service
- Execute inventory management and visual merchandising standards
- Process transactions and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Monitor store security protocols and loss prevention measures
- Coordinate opening/closing procedures for weekend shifts
- Train new hires on store operations and brand standards
- Submit daily performance reports to store management
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6AM-10PM)
- Basic math proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Valid Kansas driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
