Responsibilities
- Lead weekend retail operations with 8-10 team members during peak hours
- Execute inventory management, loss prevention, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer escalations and maintain exceptional service standards
- Train new associates on POS systems, safety protocols, and brand standards
- Analyze weekend sales data to optimize staffing and product placement
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless operational handovers
- Ensure compliance with all OSHA and company safety regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or hospitality supervisory experience
- Availability to work every Saturday/Sunday (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in inventory management software (e.g., Oracle Retail)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic Spanish language skills (highly valued for local market)
