Responsibilities
- Supervise 5-10 weekend staff members and daily operations
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
- Manage inventory counts and stock replenishment processes
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalations professionally
- Implement visual merchandising guidelines and store cleanliness
- Process transactions and operate POS systems accurately
- Conduct opening/closing procedures and security protocols

Qualifications
