Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift staff (8-12 team members) including scheduling, training, and performance reviews
- Ensure exceptional guest service standards during high-volume weekend operations
- Oversee cash handling, POS system reconciliation, and daily inventory management
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with health department regulations
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalated issues with professionalism and discretion
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless weekend operations
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift evaluations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure environments
- Strong knowledge of POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent conflict resolution and customer service skills
- Flexible availability to work weekends, nights, and holidays
- Valid Nevada food handler and alcohol service certifications
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
- Proficiency in English; bilingual candidates preferred
