Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations for 8-12 team members
- Execute opening/closing procedures with precision
- Resolve guest inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Train new staff on venue protocols and safety procedures
- Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
- Coordinate with other department managers for seamless operations
- Submit shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years in hospitality/customer service
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (10am-10pm)
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Strong conflict resolution abilities
- Food Handler/ServSafe certification preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid California driver's license
- Experience in high-volume settings
