Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend staff operations, ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional customer service
- Train and mentor new team members on service standards and safety protocols
- Manage inventory, restocking, and facility maintenance during weekend shifts
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless handover of tasks and information
- Monitor compliance with health, safety, and company policies
- Submit accurate shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make quick decisions
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with some holidays
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if transportation needed)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree a plus
