Responsibilities
- Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping according to safety standards and customer specifications.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided upon hiring).
- Conduct inventory checks and ensure accurate stock counts during weekend audits.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and efficiency goals.
- Handle customer inquiries and process returns efficiently.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Physically capable of standing, lifting up to 50 lbs, and walking for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new processes quickly.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
