Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end-users.
- Manage and prioritize incoming technical support tickets within established SLAs.
- Provide clear, concise, and empathetic communication to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and document recurring technical issues.
- Maintain accurate records of all support interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications
