Responsibilities
- Perform routine hardware maintenance and troubleshooting for warehouse equipment and IT peripherals.
- Assist the IT team with server maintenance, network monitoring, and system updates during off-peak hours.
- Manage inventory of technology assets and ensure proper labeling and logging.
- Provide technical support to onsite staff regarding hardware and software issues.
- Conduct security audits and ensure compliance with safety protocols for all electronic equipment.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the company ticketing system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new technology solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree in IT or related field is a plus).
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, logistics, or a related technical field.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts, hardware troubleshooting, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-service oriented mindset.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
