Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues during weekend hours.
- Manage and resolve incoming IT support tickets with speed, accuracy, and a professional demeanor.
- Perform system maintenance, security updates, and backups for critical servers.
- Assist colleagues with onboarding new hardware, software configurations, and printer setups.
- Collaborate with the on-site support team to ensure seamless IT operations across the department.
- Document all technical issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1-2 years of proven experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (or similar weekend shift).
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
