Your Role
We are looking for a proactive individual who can troubleshoot technical issues efficiently and communicate complex solutions clearly to non-technical users.
Responsibilities
- Provide tier-1 and tier-2 technical support via phone and email for hardware and software issues.
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity problems and printer malfunctions.
- Assist users with password resets, account access, and software installations.
- Document all technical tickets and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Collaborate with the in-house team to escalate complex issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 1+ years of experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems.
- Ability to work independently and self-manage during weekend shifts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliable transportation is required for this on-site role.
