Responsibilities
- Provide expert technical troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat during weekend hours.
- Document all support tickets and resolutions accurately in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday support team to ensure continuity of service.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in IT support or a related technical field.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and mobile operating systems.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve in real-time.
