Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with safety regulations (OSHA standards).
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile any discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production targets are met without sacrificing quality.
- Adhere to all company policies regarding attendance and uniform standards.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety compliance.
